Want to Become a Match Me Professional?

Our desire at Match Me is to always provide our clients with only the very best services. At Match Me we don't just recommend anyone we refer only the very best Event Professionals to our clients.
That's why we require all vendors wishing to be part of our select group of Match Me Preferred Professionals to submit references, recommendations, testimonials, news articles, press releases or whatever you feel will establish your professionalism and/or expertise in your particular area of the event industry. These accolades for your work or service can be from former clients, event professionals and/or other professionals.
To be listed as a Match Me Event Professional:
To submit your letters of references, testimonials etc you may
1. Have clients use our form Employer Referral (see link below). Just have the individual go online and complete the form. It will be automatically sent to us on submitting.
2. If the former client wants to submit a written reference please make sure they include details about your work . Use the Employer Referral form as a example of the information we are looking for.
2. Fax or e-mail these documents to mmsignup@matchmeeventservices.com or fax to 310-377-3067
3. In order for us to review your documents we need you to complete the Authorization to Release Information (link below). This gives us your permission to verify the documents.
4. If you have questions regarding this process please e-mail us at mmsignup@matchmeeventservices.com.
Once we have reviewed your documents/info we will then send you a notice of your status and you may then select your option for membership.

Match Me Preferred Event Professionals Membership Options for New Vendors

Option 1: Free Listing
Once we have approved you as a Match Me Member (complete the steps in the above section How to Get Listed) we will place you o one of our
Vendor Directory Pages with our logo next to your name which signify's you are a Match Me Preferred Vendor. This listing includes your company
name, brief company description and basic contact info. We request that you link with us. If at any time you would like to join and become a Match Me Member and enjoy the benefits of being a member just read how in Option 2. There is no fee for this service.

Option 2: New Vendor Basic Listing - Try our service for Six (6) months for only 25.00.
Once we have approved you as a Match Me Member we will place you on our Vendor Directory Page with our logo next to your name which signify's you are a Match Me Preferred Vendor. Your listing will be above the free listings but below our regular Match Me Professionals Listing and will include your company name, company description (35 words or less) contact info including a link to your site with reciprocal link.
You will have access to all the benefits of a regular Match Me Member as described below.
The introductory fee is 25.00 for the first six months. You may upgrade to a Plus or Primo Listing at any time.

Client Leads. As a Match Me Member we connect you with clients looking for your particular skills and talents. We do not charge per lead or ask for a commission on these leads like some other services do. As a Match Me Member you receive all the compatible leads we have for you.

Client and Event Profiles. When we match you with a client we provide you with their client and event profile. These profiles provide you with information about the client, their expectations of you, and event information. This information enables you to be better informed and prepared when meeting with the client. You're better able to sell yourself and your services.

Match Me Preferred Listing
As a Match Me Preferred Professional any client visiting our Vendor Directory page knows that you are a trusted and respected Professional. Why because we put out logo next to your name signifying you as a Match Me Event Professional. This listing provides our site visitors with your company information and contact information. We also list your web site address so that clients can go directly to your site for more information about your services.

Match Me With A Vendor
As a Match Me Member you have access to our Match Me with a Vendor Service. Say you're working an event and you need an extra coordinator you can trust, or a photographer who's work you know you clients will like, or you have a who client wants a great buffet for their event and you need a caterer who has a great reputation for the best buffet food and service... well that's what Match Me with a Vendor does we match we you other Match Me Professionals who can provide you with the services you need. As Match Me Vendors they can be trusted to provide you with only quality service. Just complete the Match Me with a Vendor form and we'll find you the right Match Me Vendor.

Ask a Professional
This is the place for visitors and clients to chat. This Chat Room offers you the Event Professional a great opportunity to get your name and an awareness of your services out to potential clients visiting our site. You can join in discussions with clients, answer their questions or give advice.

Submit An Article
Want to get your name out there to visitors and others checking out our site. Want to be known as an expert in your field? Submit an article on any event related subject of interest to our visitors and upon approval we will post it on our Articles page.

How Match Me Client Leads Work

At Match Me we find the clients for you by matching your profile and theirs. Once we find a match we inform the client and allow them to make the decision about how they wish to proceed. The client can choose to:
1. initiate the contact with you the vendor
2. or if they prefer we send you their information and you contact them either by e-mail or a call depending on the method of communication the client prefers.

Either way you the vendor have all the information you need to be fully prepared to discuss how your services can meet the clients needs.

Evaluations and Reviews
To maintain our high standards for quality service from our vendors we follow up with each client that works with a Match Me Preferred Vendor.
If we feel that you are not maintaining our standards for quality service you can be removed from our Listing.
