ANTI-SPAM POLICY NOTICE FOR MATCH ME EVENT SERVICES



This Anti Spam Notice governs this web site and it associated services, web pages, and domain which are owned and operated by Match Me Event Services. ("Company"). Whenever this Notice refers to ("User/s") we are referring to you.

This notice sets forth our policy with regard to "spam". Spam is any activity whereby Users of this site directly or indirectly
transmit email messages to any email address that has not solicited such email and does not consent to such transmission.

Company has zero tolerance toward spam. Company will immediately report any User of this site which it believes, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any spam or other unsolicited bulk email. We also consider spamming when advertisements are placed on message boards or in chat rooms when they are not permitted by the terms of participation
in such message boards and chat rooms.

Company will report spam, along with all the spammer's identifying information, to the Federal Trade Commission and other
agencies for civil and criminal prosecution

Users of this site agree to comply with all U.S. State and Federal spam laws, including but not limited to the Federal CAN-SPAM Act.

Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits
arising under or with respect to this Agreement or program, even where Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
