Some packages include but are not limited to: • Budget development • Guidance with selected theme • Weekly communication with consultant via phone or email • Vendor Referrals based on your budget • Provide Bride and Groom continuous updates and reminders to maintain schedule • Confirmation of vendors prior to wedding • Distribution of gratuities and final payments • Day of Couple vendor liaison • Provide etiquette advice and coaching on issues as they arise • Assistance with selection of appropriate items related to style and theme of wedding • Assistance with wording of invitations, program order and recommendation for readings • Correspondence to bridal party related to timeline and pertinent wedding information • Coordination of ceremony rehearsal (1 hr) • Attend final walk-thru of the ceremony, venue and florist • Day of Coordination for ceremony (if no church coordinator available) • Reception Coordination • Coordinator's Assistant |
